We have started again to work on this small, but extremely complicated structure, which is HOUSE - all our experience we have gained so far we transferred to budiHOME.

To cooperate on the project we invited SAS Studio, our friends and a renowned architectural office at the same time. Synergy with a team with such broad experience in prefabrication and environment-friendly building resulted in the development of a configurator for 5 models of budiHOME houses with almost 400 options!

On the budiHOME platform, we exchange all information and documents with the Customer.

LAUNCH BUILDING PERMIT PROCEDURE

With the documentation received with the contract, begin the process of obtaining a building permit

BUILDING CONTRACT

Once we have the financing and Building Permit, we will sign the building contract - we will be ready to start work.

CONFIGURE THE RIGHT OPTION

You can customize each of the 5 house models in the on-line configurator. A total of nearly 400 combinations await you!

PRELIMINARY CONTRACT

We will provide you with a Preliminary Contract certified with a qualified signature; we will await a signature on your part (traditional or qualified).

START THE FINANCING PROCEDURE

With the documentation received with the contract, start the financing procedure at the bank.

COLLECT YOUR HOUSE EVEN WITHIN 3O DAYS

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

We are a multi-dimensional partner for our customers, which is why budiHOME homes include in their price services that you would usually have to outsource to multiple contractors and designers from many disciplines. Working with us, you receive for budiHOME price the following services: full design of a house with recuperation, heat pump, photovoltaic system and surface heating, whose cost on the market is minimum PLN 15,000 - 20,000, gross, and documents certifying house energy standard require another expense of approx. PLN 4,000 gross. With simultaneous development of architectural, building, system and finishing designs - we hand over to you houses designed to perfection!

DESIGNS AND EXECUTION

• architectural and building design of the house,
• building design of a foundation slab without geological surveys for the house (always in the standard package),
• house wiring diagram and execution,
• diagram of heating and cooling systems in the house including boiler room and execution,
• house ventilation and heat recuperation systems diagram and execution,
• house water supply and sewerage system diagram and execution,
• care of the architect and designer in case of the house design is customized.

EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

• delivery, assembly and installation of heat recuperation system,
• delivery, assembly and installation of the heat pump,
• delivery, assembly and installation of photovoltaic panels (according to the selected energy package),
• delivery, assembly and installation of an anti-smog filter,
• delivery and installation of water distribution systems in the house,
• delivery and installation of heating and cooling systems in the house,
• delivery and installation of house sewerage system,
• delivery and installation of the house wiring system.

HOUSE ERECTION

• transport of components to the construction site,
• erection of the house structure,
• installation of the roofing system,
• installation of gutters and downpipes,
• installation of façade cladding,
• layer sealing installation of windows and doors,
• making floors,
• supervision of an experienced works manager.

WARRANTY

• 3-year warranty,
• 10-year-warranty for the house structure,
• warranty for the equipment according to the manufacturers' warranty certificates.

FOUNDATIONS

• laying foundations for the house (if selected in the Configurator),
• laying foundations for the garage (if selected in the Configurator),
• laying foundations for the terrace (if selected in the Configurator).
