The lifespan of the load-bearing structure of houses described as solid is several times longer than that of prefabricated wooden or modular buildings.

Moreover, they have much higher fire resistance and are not susceptible to corrosion - so they do not require any additional maintenance.

The durability of the structure drives also directly the durability and aesthetics of concrete external facades. The concrete facades are ageing in an organic and extremely dignified manner - so the maintenance work is minimal over the years.
